WARRANTEE

All artwork is warranted against defects, and workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase. This warrantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions as determined by Time Out Production Studio. Warrantee is limited to the repair or the replacement of similar artwork. Adopting Family is responsible for insuring return freight, and all shipping costs.

Guarantee

We guarantee that each piece of art is one of a kind, hand made and painted in the Time Out Production Studio. No hand press molded works are ever the same due to the reshaping of fins and the individual sculpting of each face!

Fired clay is very similar to melting glass, in fact they both cool, shrink and expand at different temperatures, we use the two together, clay and glass, to obtain our unique colors and glass like appearance, so there are maybe cracks that naturally occur when cooling in the kiln, these are part of the art and are not damaged pieces. No piece with a structural damage will be shipped, nor sold.

What if you don't like the look of your new friend?

If you do not like the creations after seeing their photo, we will not charge you a cancellation fee. You have 7 days from the time the photos are sent to make up your mind about what you want to do. If you are not interested we will put those creations up for adoption!

We do not ship broken or damaged art, nor do we cut corners when packaging.

We create art that heals through laughter, so we want you to relax, knowing that we are sending you the very best that we have to offer, and you will sit back and smile once you put your new friend out on display.

Return

If there is new friend that is not working out with your adoption plans... we will work out an exchange to get a friend that will. All the terms applu with returns. We want to help you smile!

We do not ask for anything of you when you place an order. Before you commit to your adoption we will send you a photo of your named creation, along with the total cost of your purchase, and therefore we do not allow returns or refunds. We will insure the shipping our works at your request, please see our return policy for damaged shipments. These are art pieces and we can not send art off on loan, without a rental agreement, and we do not allow people to use our art for temporary decor without paying our rental fee. We do not allow exchanges or returns after the product is delivered. Once you have adopted a creation we have lost the ability to sell it to others that wanted your same piece. You are adopting original art, from an artist, and on line gallery so we do not allow returns without our authorization.

Stand Exchange

Stand or Bug Wing Exchange

We will allow the exchange of stands on an as available basis to anyone who collects more creations and needs a larger display at no additional charge, other than the shipping of new display. You may come to any show and trade in your display with any stand that is available at that time. Please call first to make arrangements to exchange or pick up a new display when you come in person to a show.

Bug owners!

If your bug wings made of a plastic material have not weathered well, we have good news for you!

We have the latest in wing technology, the screen and foil wrapped wing of 2003! Send in or bring you bug to any show and we'll fix em' up and send em' back! At no repair charge. You just pay for the shipping costs! Take a look at the latest bugs and see if you need a wing job!
