Customer Service Policy:

We want to make everyone smile as big as our creations. Please call and speak to the artist during 9 - 5 Mon - Fri business hours (Santa Barbara CA, Time!) with any questions and special requests. If you want to know the status of an order, please call! You will speak a real person, or you'll leave a message and get your call returned fast.

Our Policy on Ordering

All orders are filled by paying patrons first, if you pay in full, or make a 50% deposit on your creation, your creation will be made in the order it is received.

If you do not like the creations after seeing their photos, we will not charge you a cancellation fee, as long as they have not been shipped to you. Once shipped you must wait for the order to come to you.

Our Replacement Policy:

If an adopted friend has been damaged during shipping we will do our best to get you a new one that is as close to it as we can. Please remember they are all one of a kind and no two are ever alike, your replacement piece is placed at the top of our production, and shipped as soon as it is ready.

Our Shipping Policy and Costs:

We do not pay for the shipping of any adoption order. We encourage that you have all return shipments insured.

Our Display Exchange Policy:

We will allow the exchange of burl wood display stands on an "as available basis" to anyone who collects more creations and needs a larger display at no additional charge, other than the shipping of new display. Please call first to make arrangements to exchange or pick up a new display when you come in person to a show.

Privacy:

All information that is given to Time Out Sculpture Studio is used only by Time Out. We do not sell or share our information with anyone else. You will not get Spam or calls from us unless we are trying to reach you about your order. We will treat you the way we want to be treated ourselves.

Our Product Licensing Policy:

If you wish to use or license any of the images or have special art created for your company please contact our office during normal business hours, or send an e-mail. A call we be handled quicker, because we do not like to use e mail for customer service! We have licensing contracts for use of our art work.

Our Leasing Policy:

If you wish to Lease our art for movie set, new homes model decor or other decorating situations, please contact our office during normal business hours, or send an e-mail. A call we be handled quicker, because we do not like to use e mail for customer service! We have leasing contracts for our artwork. Rates are as follows: 1st, week 20% of retail value, 2nd week 15% of retail, 3rd week 10% retail and the 4th week is free, 5th week starts the rates over again @ 20%.

PRICES

Prices can change without notice. Orders will be at agreed price. Reorders, add on's or changes may reflect price change in artwork if any has occurred.
